9. Do I have to use the deal credit that I bought all at once?
For the most part, yes! You are not allowed to spread it over a period of time — your Deal has to be used on a single deal. Unless stated otherwise, you will not receive a credit or cash back for whatever part of the deal you don't use. 11. Will I be charged as soon as I buy a deal?

At SavingSimple.net, we take the safety of your credit card details very seriously. At no time is your personal information stored on our system. 14. Can I return a deal?
Of course you can. If you change your mind, as long as it is within five (5) days from the time that you purchased a deal, you may return it for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure you have a great experience and if you do have any problems with the voucher, redemption of the deal or had an unsatisfactory experience just contact our customer service team, We take any issues you may have very seriously and while we do not guarantee a refund except as described elsewhere, we will do our best to work with the Merchant to solve the problem to your satisfaction.
15. What happens if my deal expires?
Once a deal voucher expires it will lose it's promotional value, but the Merchant is required to redeem it for the price you actually paid for the length of time required by the gift certificate laws in your state.
